How to order from Lion Bridge

Place your order by telephone, email, fax or online

1. Email your order to liesl@lionbridge.co.za or send a fax to (012) 322 6663 or phone us on (012) 322 6666. You can also send through an online request.
2. Ensure that your delivery address and contact details are on the order.
3. If you do not have an account with Lion Bridge we will first send you a quotation.
4. For orders of R3500 and more, there is no courier fee. For orders below this, you will be responsible for courier/postal fees.
5. Payment can be made by EFT. Fax or email proof of payment to the contact details above.
6. Goods will be couriered as soon as proof of payment is received.

Delivery

International:

1. Airmail – all international orders are delivered via airmail
2. Courier – by arrangement only
3. Delivery time – 2-3 weeks

South Africa:

1. Airmail delivery  – this is the normal postal delivery service for South African customers and is facilitated by use of a tracking number.
2. Counter to counter courier delivery – Lion Bridge uses Speed Services which is a counter to counter courier service. The tracking number enables you to collect the parcel at your post office after 10.30am the following day. This option is for South African customers only.
3. Counter to door courier delivery  - this will require special arrangement. Please contact Lion Bridge directly to arrange.
4. Collection - please contact liesl@lionbridge.co.za to arrange collection.
5. Delivery Time – 4-5 working days
